To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the fastest time span, we at India Grooming Club work with reputed e-commerce shipping partners. For shipping to destinations within India, we work with Blue Dart.

Order Tracking

The complete shipping details of the order, along with the tracking number of the courier service will be sent to you via email, when the order is shipped.

Arrival of order

Orders are dispatched at the earliest and you should receive them within 7-10 working days. We ship throughout the week, except Friday, Sunday and public holidays. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

If courier service is not available for a particular place in India, the products will be sent through the service of the Indian Postal Department.

Cancellation of Order

Cancellations have to be made within maximum 24 hours of placing an order. A formal email specifying the order number has to be sent to us on within 24 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation of an order will not be accepted if the order has been processed. The customer agrees that the company’s decision is final in accepting or denying the cancellation request. To cancel your order, you can send us an email on with your order details and we’ll cancel it promptly.

Product damaged condition/ past its expiry date

It is very unlikely that you will receive a product beyond its expiration date or in a damaged condition. In such a case, we will accept the return of such products and would ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost if available or refund your money for the same. Please make sure that the original product and receipt is saved in order to make such returns.

If you think you have received a damaged product please send us an email on mentioning your order ID and we will attend to it at the earliest.

Returns & Refund

We accept returns only if you receive the product in a damaged condition or if it is past its expiry date. Please check all the addresses and zip codes carefully. Damage to the product or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order. Refunds, if applicable will be processed via the same mode of payment in case of online transfers within 15 days. For COD orders, please email us on and we will assist you.
